At GlossPop, we take great pride in providing high-quality, luxury nail products that meet the highest standards. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If you have received an incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@glosspops.com, providing appropriate images and uncut videos. We reserve the right to reject the return request.
